I was delighted to be invited to visit the beautiful and historic rooms at Berry Bros. & Rudd, the family-run wine and spirit merchant founded in London in the seventeenth century. This is the interior of No.3 St. James’s Street in St James’s, lit by its huge wooden arched windows with original glazing bars, little changed since it opened in 1698. The array of antique wine bottles above the waiting table and chairs, and the wide bench all attest to the shop’s long history.
And a video of the exhibition is now available to view on Youtube here
