Another view of a room at The George Tavern in East London. I am interested in natural light, or what a photographer would call ‘available light’. I liked the sense of fires having been previously lit in the fireplace, and the brightness of the yellow couch and stool against the soft greys of the room, the pots not quite symmetrically placed on the mantelpiece. It’s a house that is clearly filled with life and people, but I like to capture the rooms in their quiet moments.
