There is such a rich history of paintings documenting Camden Town, and it’s easy to see why artists are constantly drawn to it. There’s so much going on, so many pictures that reveal themselves as you walk along, and this is one of those. A shaft of light stretches across a junction in the road, then bursts into life again through a distant tunnel, whilst two street bollards regard each other across the divide.
